• Complaint photos — images you optionally upload when raising a support complaint, stored securely in Supabase Storage

• To process and deliver your seafood orders
• To send real-time order status updates via push notifications
• To calculate accurate delivery charges based on your location
• To provide customer support through in-app chat
• To verify your identity via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)
• To improve our app, catalog, and delivery services

MeenMart offers Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details, UPI IDs, or banking information on our servers.

• All payment transactions are handled securely by Razorpay
• Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant
• We only store the Payment ID for order reference and dispute resolution

• Supabase — Secure backend database and authentication (servers in Mumbai, India)
• Google Sign-In — Secure user authentication via your Google account (OAuth 2.0)
• Firebase (Google) — Push notification delivery via FCM
• Razorpay — Payment processing
• OpenStreetMap — Map display for delivery location selection
• Google Geocoding API — Address-to-coordinates conversion

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share data necessary for the specific service function.

• Location permission is requested only when selecting your delivery address
• We use location to auto-fill your address and calculate delivery distance
• Your GPS coordinates are stored with your order for delivery purposes only
• We do not track your location in the background
• You can deny location permission and enter your address manually

• All data stored on Supabase PostgreSQL servers in Mumbai, India (ap-south-1)
• Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures you can only access your own data
• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords are never stored — we use Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) authentication only
• Admin access is restricted to authorized personnel only

• Account data — retained as long as your account is active
• Order history — retained for 2 years for business and tax purposes
• Location data — retained with order record, not used independently
• Deleted accounts — all personal data permanently removed upon account deletion

• We send notifications for order confirmation, status updates, and delivery alerts
• Promotional notifications are sent only with your permission
• Disable anytime via Settings → Apps → MeenMart → Notifications

MeenMart is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided their data and we will delete it immediately.

• Portability — Request your data in a readable format via email

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the version and date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
